System Initialization: Booting Sequence Started...

If you are reading this, the ingress controller actually worked.
Welcome to ScrappyBots. This site is currently in its "Alpha Build" phase—much like the robots I build, it’s functional, slightly dangerous, and held together by high hopes and rigorous engineering.
The Mission
I am a "Vocational Technologist." By day, I design enterprise architecture for massive scale. By night, I apply that same rigor (and chaos) to my garage.
ScrappyBots is the documentation of that collision. It is where enterprise-grade DevOps meets janky hardware hacking. We don't just glue servos to cardboard here; we run K3s clusters on the cardboard to orchestrate the servos.
Incoming Transmissions
I am currently migrating data from my brain to this database. Expect detailed build logs and deep dives on:
- Robotics & ROS2: Building autonomous agents that (mostly) don't run into walls.
- The "Scrappy" Stack: How this site is self-hosted on a custom Kubernetes cluster.
- Project "Neotropolis": Designing a fully functional LARP Casino for the futuristic wasteland.
- Van Modernization: Dragging a 1995 Dodge B2500 into the 21st century with ESP32s and stubbornness.
- Local AI: Running LLMs on bare metal because the cloud is just someone else's computer.
Status: PENDING
The paint is still wet, and I'm probably tweaking the CSS injection right now.
Stick around. The compile is almost finished.

Terminal Tip: If the site looks broken, it’s a feature, not a bug. It’s "industrial chic."
